The program is based on experience from dynamic drone operating environments and current best practices in unmanned systems use. The training combines intensive hands-on practice, manual control development, technical understanding of equipment, and mission execution in realistic scenarios.

Program

Duration: 15 working days (100 hours)
• 1 week: online simulator training
• 2 weeks: on-site training (theory and practice)

Theory

  • FPV drone structure, components, and configuration
  • equipment selection and preparation for different tasks
  • image transmission and control systems fundamentals
  • safety procedures and risk management
  • mission planning and scenario analysis
  • basics of counter-drone awareness (Counter-UAS)

Practice

  • manual control development (simulators, pre-flight preparation)
  • first flight and training in different flight modes
  • maneuvering in confined spaces and precision flying
  • execution of specialized tasks using FPV platforms
  • route planning and real-time mission execution
  • basics of UAV diagnostics, servicing, and engineering

Result

After completing the course, participants gain strong theoretical and practical foundations in FPV piloting, confidently control the platform in different conditions, and are prepared for further development as unmanned aerial systems operators.
